Adorable A-frame cottage, with a tree-house vibe, is just steps from the best beach on Frye Island! Enjoy vacationing on this fabulous island that is located right on beautiful, Sebago Lake. Sebago Lake is one of the most sought out places to vacation in Maine. The seclusion, wildlife, calm and tranquility is perfect for every vacation. Our cottage is a 3 bedroom home on Beach 6 (one of the best beaches on the island)! One of the bedrooms is a large sleeping loft, that has 1 queen and 1 full bed, as well as a futon for additional sleeping and relaxing. Our cottage has plenty of amenities, as well as land to have the privacy wanted during a family vacation. Our home is set back from the road with a very large deck set high to take in the wonderful nature views. Main level is open, bright and airy with a predominantly windowed front. Lower level has a spacious, but cozy family room, with game table and electric fireplace. Outside there is a fire pit to enjoy s’mores by fire. There is a two person canoe and inflatable boat to get you to the mooring and for recreational use. We also have corn hole for fun, outdoor play. Frye Island offers 12 sandy association beaches, a swimming pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, a golf course with a lounge, a restaurant/cafe and an ice cream stand. Sebago Lake is a large lake with plenty of room for boating and fishing, including access to Brandy Pond and Long Lake via the Songo River, for 40+ miles of boatable waterway. Please note this property does not supply blankets, pillows, blankets, linens or towels. However, this can be arranged for a small fee. We unfortunately do not allow pets.
