Positive: We were on the top floor and had a nice big balcony with a viewing of the sea (kind of blocked my big blocks of flats but that’s okay). the walk to Saranda promenade is 20 min(main public beach), 6 min walk to small public beach, plenty around hotel beaches. Area is quiet at night, finding a parking space might be difficult at certain times. Bed was comfortable, but a bed light will be useful in apartment. Host was friendly at helpful to provide missing kettle and toilet paper. Gave recommendation to nearest supermarket and tourist attractions.

Negative: The kitchen was very poorly equipped - no chopping board, no tea towels, no kettle, limited number of plates, no frying pans just two pots. No spare toilet paper, liquid soap, spare trash bags etc. it was fine for a just room but when you pay for apartment with kitchen your aim to cook something yourself, like fresh seafood which you can by just 10-minute walk away in local fish shop till 11pm. The bathroom was one big pool after shower. the whole room filled with water when you took a shower as there is no shower tray and curtain either. On a photo looks like "walk in shower" but its not. when someone want to use a toilet just after a shower, he will be sitting in water
