Built in 2017, the Town House - Camp Ellis is a gorgeous new home with panoramic water views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean & the Saco River. Just steps to 7 miles of beach, back deck with water views, 2 car garage plus ample driveway space, a finished patio and firepit on the waters' edge and a bocce court. Enjoy fishing, boating, jet skiing, paddle boarding, parasailing, walk to lunch or dinner, or take the trolley for a 5 minute ride to Old Orchard. Camp Ellis is a unique & quaint location like no other.
The first level great room and two bedrooms (including the master) come with spectacular water views. The open layout is perfect for entertaining. The great room includes a gas fireplace and is furnished with 2 couches (one a twin sleeper), oversize arm chairs, and a dining table with 5 chairs and a bench. There's also an island with seating for 4. Flat screen TVs downstairs and in the master and bunk bedrooms. Two cooling zones (one upstairs, one downstairs) via ductless mini-split air conditioners.
Camp Ellis offers a marvelous family or group vacation spot. We fell in love on our first visit and know you will too. A general store, fantastic fried clams at Huot's Restaurant, sailing with Captain John, live or steamed lobster around the corner. Camp Ellis is what summer is all about!
