Built in 1908, the house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a queen bed and third bedroom has bunk bed with trundle (sleeps 3). All bedrooms are upstairs with a renovated bathroom. Downstairs, is the living room, a dining room, kitchen as well as TV room/den, bathroom and screened in porch.
Central Air conditioning in bedrooms.
Lovely large deck has a table that comfortably seats 10 +. The home also comes with a gas grill and Big Green Egg.

It's a 3 minute walk to main street where you will find lovely shops and basics like the grocery store. A 15 minute walk to the marina and ferry over to HoHum beach (an amazing private beach on Fire Island which you get to by ferry (for residents and guests only).
Includes: towels (bath and beach), bed linens. Kitchen has toaster oven, blender, rice cooker, toaster, air fryer, microwave and coffee maker.
SORRY - NO pets or parties/large gatherings at the house.
