Almost a century ago, our great great grandfather built this charming cottage and named the street on which it sits "Pawguvet Lane" (he was "Paw" and "guv" the cottage and some surrounding properties to his daughters - "Paw-guv-it", get it?!). The neighborhood has changed somewhat over the years, but still retains its laid-back, family friendly spirit.
Our sweet cottage is bright, airy, and cheerful. It is a 5 minute walk with kids from both Jetties and Cliffside beaches and a 5 minute bike ride (or quick walk) to town - truly an ideal location!
The downstairs level features an open living room/dining room/kitchen, full bath, and 2 bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with bunk beds). Upstairs is a master bedroom with private bath.
There is a private deck with a gas grill and outdoor shower, a shared driveway for parking your car and plenty of room for bikes.
The cottage is very special to us and we look forward to sharing it with you!
