Summary: Excellent customer service from the get-go. Room was clean and spacious enough with some complimentary water bottles and drinks in the fridge. We had an issue with the water not draining out in the shower and the young receptionist came to try and fix it as their maintenance person is not on-site every day. Hotel is in a not-so-desirable neighbourhood but only a 10-minute walk from many popular restaurants and attractions. Great quality price ratio. Would definitely stay again!
