POOL ACCESS: The Marsh Hawk community has five “4-villa” buildings, and Villa 1-D is nearest to the pool, providing poolside furnishings, grilling area, and restrooms. (No pool heat. Seasonal use subject to HOA management.)
BEACH ACCESS: Approx. 10-minute walk. Follow Retreat Beach Circle east toward the ocean, going by lake and saltmarsh vistas. Once at the traffic circle fountain, continue toward the ocean to the left of the tennis courts where the resort’s oceanfront common-use parking area and sundecks are located. Amenities in this area include deck seating, rinsing showers, and restroom facilities.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
