This cute and cozy beach house was recently renovated and refurbished with all new ceramic and tile floors in bathrooms and living areas including new fixtures in bathrooms. Furnished with all new furniture and the entire home was newly painted! New kitchen with dishwasher and stove.
Ideal for 2 families to share or for groups. even in the Spring.
House is rented weekly In Season from mid-May to September and is available weekly or for extended getaway weekends for couples or family gatherings or small groups from October to May.
This is a great home for family gatherings due to its proximity to Fantasy Island.

PAYMENT DETAILS:
50% deposit due with lease signing
50% due 30 days before check-in
$750 refundable security damage deposit
Group Rates are extra $3000-6000.
Security for groups is $200 per person
Pets are accepted with a $250 Pet Fee
Check-in time is 3 PM. Check-out time is 10 AM.
Cancellation Policy: The tenant shall be responsible for the entire lease. If the tenant wishes to cancel for any reason, the tenant must do so in writing to the owner. The lease shall be terminated only after another tenant is secured or permission from the owner is given.
