This newly constructed 3-story home will easily fit up to 10 guests within 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Built with guests in mind, you'll experience full comforts of home, enabled features, and high quality furnishings and linens. Nestled right in the thick of it, with outstanding dining options, eclectic bars and coffee shops, as well as an array of shopping to create a super authentic New Orleans experience!
The open layout of the home provides an easy flow to enjoy the indoor and outdoor space together. Every room in the home offers comfort and quality, as well as some tech enabled features such as Smart TV's (living room and outdoor), High-Speed WiFi, top of the line appliances, and washer/dryer on-site. The bright and open living room is the perfect gathering point as you plot out your day. A fully stocked kitchen will be the delight of the chef in the group, as they'll have no trouble finding the tools and accessories to prepare and serve a meal. Gather together around the dining room table, seating for 6 (adjacent to the island dining), and take part in planning the adventure for the day!
Make your way into the bedrooms and settle in! Each of the 5 bedrooms bedroom is outfitted with plush linens and bedding, as well as cloud like mattresses. The bedroom configurations are as follows:

Step outside into your backyard hangout, fully fenced for top security for you and your guests. Complete with a BBQ, outdoor dining, and outdoor lounge with TV.
From beautiful sights, taste bud tingling foods, and vibrant live music, who wouldn’t want to visit?! We recommend using public transportation, including streetcars, buses, Uber or Lyft during your stay. For another fun way to explore the area, try Blue Bikes, a ride sharing bike rental all around the city. If you do end up driving in, there is plenty of street parking available near the home.
Upon acceptance of your reservation, you will receive a welcome letter containing all of the information you need to access the home and ensure your stay is a memorable one! If you have any additional questions, we are available at any time to assist.
**There is a $200 security/damage deposit collected 3 days prior to arrival, and returned shortly after your stay. This is done as a $200 hold on your method of payment, not a full charge. Please see the rental agreement (required to be read and signed before booking) for more details. ***

1. The booking guest must have their ID uploaded to their airbnb profile.
2. Please be mindful of the neighbors sleeping. We recommend being quiet after 8:30pm (weekdays including Sundays) and 9:00pm (weekends).
3. While early check-in / late checkout may be available, this must be arranged ahead of time for an extra fee of $60/hr . Unauthorized Late checkouts are a $150 charge for each hour after 11am - a 15 minute grace period is given.
4. Clean towels are a provided amenity. Each guest listed through your reservation will receive 1 bath towel and 1 face towel. We are unable to fulfill requests for additional towels during the duration of your stay. Plan ahead while packing, please bring extra towels if you or any of your guests anticipate needing more.
5. Smoking & vaping in the unit will result in a $500 deodorization fee. Please smoke outside of the property.
6. Unregistered guests and parties are prohibited by local laws and ILLEGAL. Our occupancy limits are set by local ordinance. Any guest found to have had a party or over-occupancy will be charged a $1,000 fee for non-compliance with local laws. Exterior cameras present at the property to verify these laws/house rules are not broken. As of May 2022, Airbnb has specifically banned parties from their units. Violation of this rule will result in a ban from Airbnb.
7. Please do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces.
8. Please do not use face towels to remove your makeup. It damages the towel.
9. If the space is left excessively dirty $50 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids will result in a charge of $150. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $100
10. Pets are allowed at this listing if they are included on the reservation and charged the pet fee and meet other requirements noted in the listing. Unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 deep cleaning cleaning fee and immediate request to leave. Pet Boarding recommendations available upon request.
11. After you’ve read these rules, please send me a message with the words “yellow kangaroo” it will let me know that you have read the rules thoroughly.
12. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings from “Locals” at this time. Locals is meant to include anyone residing within 60 miles of New Orleans.
13. While we cannot receive any mail or packages to the space we will assist with getting packages shipped to New Orleans if needed.
14. Commercial video and photo shoots are strictly forbidden without prior and authorized consent. Associated day-rate fees, liability waivers and copyright contracts will apply if consent is given.
15. Message us for long term stays.
16. Garbage day is Monday, please bring trash can to the curb.
17. All of our TV's are streaming, we do not provide any account information, you will have to log into your own. Please remember to log out at check out. We do not have cable TV.
18. RVs / Campers / Trailers are not allowed on the premises.
19. External power outlets can not be hooked up to the property under any circumstance.
20. Should you wish to receive an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know the day before and we will determine if it's possible. We require time to prepare the unit for your stay or after your stay for the next guest and sometimes we are unable to accommodate. If we can accommodate, we will charge $25/hour for the additional booking time. This will also be in place for dropping luggage off or leaving your luggage after checkout time has passed. Payment will be requested through Airbnb after your additional time has been approved.
21. Lost Items: We return lost items for a $75 flat fee. This is to cover shipping costs, along with the time spent to retrieve & mail your item. If you leave anything at the unit, please let us know immediately.
