Perfect for couples, groups, one or even two families, here you can forget all your cares and dial in the amount of nearby activities you wish to do, or not do. The choice is yours.
With vast open spaces, kids play area, lush surrounds, a private low traffic driveway and outdoor fire pit, it will be hard to find more memorable family getaway. Let the kids run around the house, light up a campfire, explore the wonders of the rainforest or feed the friendly neighbourhood goats.

The villa is hidden away right at the foot of the escarpment, surrounded by palms and lush plant life, just across from a rural property rising into the foothills. There is ample private parking for three cars.
Across from the parking, you will discover the ‘Outhouse’ a lovely gazebo, a place to sit and admire the escarpment (along with a creek, two goats and three sheep close by) and below that, the fire pit, ready for the cooler evenings.
The living room offers a light-filled open plan area with cathedral ceilings, picture windows and French doors. Two sumptuous three seater couches (too comfortable to get up from), a large reclaimed elm coffee table, TV unit and high-output gas fireplace and air conditioning. The perfect place to settle in and take in the view, or stream your favourite programs and audio from the 65” smart TV.
Main bedroom (+ parents retreat/kids play area + workspace):
Upstairs you will find a king sized master bedroom. A large L-shaped area, again with extra large windows to capture the palm-fringed view in three directions and a glimpse of ocean to the east. Filled with light, it’s a magical area to retreat, sleep and relax.
Downstairs are located two charming queen and double sized bedrooms and private Juliet balcony with views directly to the escarpment.
With bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs, everyone has comfort that they are after. Downstairs bathroom also has a corner bathtub for the occasional soak.
Kitchen is fully equipped for those who like to cook or for those who just want to ‘heat and eat.’ It is again open-plan, so you can chat as you prep your meals. Not surprisingly, even the kitchen has great views. There is a generous, walk in pantry, a fridge that’s a bit of a work of art, large Smeg dual-fuel stove, loads of practical storage space, microwave and concealed laundry built into the cabinetry. If that’s all sounds a bit much, there’s a quality BBQ just outside the back door all ready to go. You can also simply ask the smart kitchen display to help out any time.
The two front and rear decks are connected through a palm fringed walkway, giving you easy access to the arc of the sun. A BBQ and large outdoor table lend themselves to lazy afternoons and casual dinners amongst the towering bamboo and palms and subtle mood lighting.
