The house is located in the area of Stavros famous for its sandy beach. At about 300m you can find cafes, restaurants, ATM and mini markets. The city of Chania is just 20 minutes away by car or by bus. At 200m you can find a bus stop with regular routes (every half an hour) to the center of Chania.
Stavros is a dreamy sandy cove and an excellent spot for relaxing holidays. The circular coast is pleasantly catered with umbrellas and sunbeds. You can easily access this beach within 20 km from Chania Town. It is a popular summer destination among the locals but the limited tourist development leaves the area totally unspoiled. There are numerous taverns that serve fresh fish and other local Cretan delicacies.
