Positive: Even though it was quiet there was a white noise machine by the bed. Breakfast was delivered to the door. Snacks were available . The key code entry system was convenient.. the bed was comfortable.. there was Roku remote so we could watch our football team

Negative: It could use more outlets reachable on both sides of the bed.
