This cosy hideaway offers an open plan spacious living area with wood burning stove, a games table, and a full bathroom & charming, rustic kitchen; exit the kitchen via the rear kitchen door to a patio looking onto the garden where the dogs & kids can play.
Upstairs brings a charming quirkiness. Bedrooms 1, 2 & 3; a reading nook filled with books galore, a 1/2 bathroom. Bedroom 1, the romantic room, enjoys direct access to the upstairs porch complete with 2 Adirondack chairs & patio sofa; sip your morning coffee whilst the sun rises or enjoy your evening cocktails with the setting sun overlooking 200+ acres of rolling hills, woods & the hills beyond.
