Positive: Staff location good.

Negative: I changed my last hotel because it was cold among other things and I similar experience here and I did ask for heaters in the room but they acknowledged it but didn't do anything about it.there was no phone in the room in case of emergency and this also a reason I moved.breakfast was expecting buffet but they said not enough customers .later they changed room in evening and saw phone which indre told me it's not working. It should be 4star experience but due to my age I need warm room. They should provide resonable discounts if the room is cold and therefore no 4 star experience. Staff were good 👍 but If u didn't do nothing for cold room than what's the point. Therefore reasonable discounts should be applied.i await their response.
