This Boar’s Head home has plenty of space for all and has beautiful ocean views from both levels! The house is in the perfect location, with walkable access to two beaches...walk down the hill to peaceful North Beach in just 3 minutes, or to the sands of Hampton Beach in only 10 minutes. The walk to the bustling Hampton Boardwalk gives access to many restaurants & shops, a long sandy beach, and arcades! This beach haven is nicely appointed with two flat screen TVs, wireless internet, AC, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and ceiling fans. There are 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a finished basement that the kids will love, where there is a queen sleeper sofa, a large flat screen TV and lots of games. There is also a lovely backyard with a deck, grill, and tables & chairs to dine outside or relax! Plus an outdoor hot/cold water rinse station to clean off all the sand from your day at the beach. Two assigned parking spaces. NOTE: A small, well-behaved dog may be considered with PRIOR approval from owner. Absolutely NO SMOKING & NO CATS allowed due to owners' severe allergies.
