The Space
2600+ square feet of living space and tall ceilings, with every room furnished by professional designers. While the lower level has a community-focused layout made to connect, all other areas allow for quiet, privacy and plenty of breathing room.
The kitchen is complete with premium appliances, cookware, marble top counters and island for easy gathering.
Ground floor primary suite has king bed, wall mounted 65” smart tv, stylish wallpaper, marbled walk-in shower.
A unique feature of the home is the second ground floor guest room. This room is perfect for a second guest who doesn't want to traverse the stairs to the second upstairs primary suite.
Upstairs king suite overlooks the back yard with a great pool view.
The upstairs bunk room is built for 1 to 6 sleepers with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. The room features a 75” flat screen TV creating the perfect hiding spot for the children, keeping the main floor open for adults.
The game room is tucked away and stocked with classic game systems like NES classic and Nintendo Wii. This room is a great private retreat and doubles as a 5th sleeping room in a pinch.
