All homes are stricly non smoking inside and a $500 fee will apply, if our cleaners detect smoking odor in the home.
No big parties or events allowed in any home. No loud outside noise after 10PM in any homes.
First night of Essentials provided, after that the guest are to cater their own. A list of what is included will be provided prior to arrival.
Stroller, high Chair and/or Pack'n'Play needs to be requested minimum 24hrs (Preferrably 3 nights) prior to arrival.
Otherwise we can not guarantee to have one available. Guests are to clean these items upon departure.
Grills- We provide either a charcoal or gas grill in our Pool Villas. Charcoal and replacement Gas tank needs to be provided and replaced by guest.
We ask guests who use the grills to clean and empty prior to departure, so they are ready for next guest.
Pool warming is not included and requires an extra nightly standard fee of $50+tax/fee per night. It is recommended between November- May.
We urge guests to add this feature as soon as they place a booking, to avoid any scheduling issues. We turn the pool heaters on the day prior to arrival. There is a 4 night minimum for pool heat charge. An extra call out fee of $50 applies if pool warming is added on the day of, or after arrival.
Facts about pool/spa warming. It takes up to 24 hours for pool to reach set temperature. Pool heaters keep a pool temperature between 83-85 fahrenheit. Pools and spas keep the same temperature as water circulates between them. Pool systems are set on timers so they run from morning to afternoon/evening. Therefore it will be some cooling of during night time when temperature drops. FMH is not responsible for any refunds on freezing winter days (50s and 60s outside temps) which causes lower than normal pool temperatures. Guests are not allowed to tamper with any pool equipment during their stay, this must be handled by a licensed pool professional.
