Our home is a corner unit (404A) 2-bed 2-bath that is located on the 4th floor at Mykonos Beach Resort allowing for breathtaking views of the entire Costa Azul beach and bay. Enjoy the view from either of two balconies or watch the surf break, Zippers, from your living room though large windows that frame Zippers beach and Palmilla point. This unit features beautifully done upgrades throughout to give a modern and functional style to the home. Ocean front cozy and spacious condominium walking distance to restaurants and 4-5 minute Uber into San Jose’s lively downtown art area. Full kitchen should you decide to dine in. Mykonos Bay condos offer 3 oceanfront pools (2 heated). The 25 meters long unheated pool is perfect or swimming laps while the larger heated pool is also long enough for laps. A hot tub, fire pit and lots of lounging areas, all with a great view and direct access to the beach are shared with only 72 units. Gated and secure grounds are beautifully landscaped and immaculately maintained. A spacious, well equipped gym overlooks the ocean with outdoor training areas. Tennis and Pickle-ball too. Fully wheelchair accessible.
