Wyndham staff will greet you in the lobby/ Registration area and check you in and out and give you helpful information about activities and attractions in the area. You can pre-register if you arrive early. and they will take your cell number and call you when the room is ready. You will be given a parking permit for 1 car per unit. . You can store luggage onsite if you arrive before check in. If you do have an additional car, there is the Newport Gateway Transportation Center located behind the resort that does overnight parking for a fee, or Caseys Marina across the way also does overnights. Street parking after 9pm is free Wyndham STRIVES for all rooms to be ready at 4pm however there are certain circumstances on occasion that delay the process. 4pm is the suggested check in time.
