Welcome to our “Patriko-house“
Our stone house "Patriko House" was completely restored or renovated in 2018 from the inside and outside. The house has a circumference of 8x8 meters plus a 12 sqm terrace, stair extension.
The spacious terrace invites you to a cozy breakfast in the morning. You can also enjoy a glass of wine there in the evening with subtle lighting of the stone wall on your left. Of course, you can also switch on the entire balcony lighting and see your self-grooved fish better. Our barbecue is next to the little house in the same courtyard.
home equipment
In our house there are 2 apartments. You can reach the lower apartment with only 3 steps from the courtyard and the upper apartment via the outside stairs. The upper terrace can be secured with a small door to protect small children from falling onto the stairs.
Both apartments contain 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. Another person can sleep in the living room on the fold-out couch. In addition to the facility there is a baby cot. Babies and toddlers up to 15 kilograms in weight can sleep there safely on request.
The kitchenettes are fully equipped: coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator and iron.
In the bathroom you will find a washing machine and a hair dryer. Hot water is led through the solar system on the roof to the bathroom and kitchen.
In the living room there is a large flat screen on the wall. A satellite dish on the roof ensures you good reception of many German channels, English, French, Russian, Italian, Spanish and Turkish channels.
Free internet is available. If you get bored, you can find English and German books on our bookshelf next to the front door. Each apartment has air conditioning.
Important notes
1. Bringing pets is prohibited.
Second Every 4 days we give you fresh bed linen and towels. The towels are for the house and should not be taken to the beach. Thank you for your understanding! We will not enter the apartment during your stay.
Third Under the stairs in the storeroom you will find a broom, dustpan, bucket, mop and ironing board. The iron is in the kitchen cupboard.
4th Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.
5th Rest times: 15: 00-17: 30 and from 23: 00-07: 00
