Positive: The location of the home is in the Prominence neighborhood of 30A. We like the central location of the community, as it's right in between Alys/Rosemary Beach and Seaside. The home has everything you need including new beach gear, plenty of dishes, and would fit a family of 4 comfortably.

Negative: We went in the winter months so I'm not sure how convenient the beach access would be. I'm sure a golf cart rental and bikes would fix that.

Summary: Lovely home and very gracious host! Would stay again.
