The property features the 3-bedroom 1870 farmhouse and waterfront parcel (166 feet of shoreline) across the street, with a meadow path to direct shore access and spectacular views.

There are three bedrooms.

Primary Bedroom: The primary bedroom features a queen size bed and views of the cove.

Second Bedroom: This cozy room includes a comfortable queen-sized bed.

Third Bedroom: Perfect for kids or additional guests, this bedroom offers two twin beds.

Living Area: Relax in the living room after a day of outdoor adventure, complete with TV and ample seating (two couches and love seat).

Office: The first-floor office has a desk with computer monitor, plus a comfortable futon couch that pulls out to a full-size bed.
