"Beach House, with the Beach just across Ocean Blvd. Some Ocean Views. Fifth (5th) Bedroom has two (2) Single Beds.
1st floor - living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and breezway bedroom with two twin beds, bathroom.
2nd floor - master bedroom, large junior bedroom, and bathroom.
Four (4) Beach Badges are provided by the homeowner, for tenant use, as a courtesy. However, they are not guaranteed. Tenant(s) will be responsible for the replacement cost of any missing or lost badges.Badges are required for age 12 and over weekly badges are $20. Seasonal badges available to use at a discount basis for guests. Pre-order is suggested as the supply is limited call Property Manager for more information.
Senior Citizen Seasonal beach badges can be obtained for $5.00 with proof of age (65 years and older) and Military Veteran Seasonal beach badges can be obtained at no cost with valid military identification (i.e.. DD-214, etc.) they can be purchased at the beach badge office on 68th Street in Brant Beach or on the beach from one of the Beach Badge Checkers. Active military (and their spouse and children) are welcome to visit our beaches at no cost to them, provided they show their active duty ID. This can be accomplished by showing the actual ID, photocopy or cell phone picture of same.
Anyone staying at a Township of Long Beach address is eligible to reserve and use a Surf Chair® at no charge. However, we cannot lend chairs to people staying at hotels unless special security arrangements have been made in advance. Additionally, chairs may only be used within Long Beach Township
No smoking, and no pets permitted."
