This warm and inviting, centrally air conditioned, one level home offers knotty pine walls throughout and has a full kitchen with dining area, ample living room, full bathroom with tub, and three separate bedrooms; one with a king bed, two with two twin beds each.
There is a lovely patio and dining area in the rear of the house and an enclosed outdoor shower.
The basement offers a washer and dryer and space to store bikes or kayaks.
Location: This property is located approximately .2 mi. from Mill Pond, .3 mi. from Priscilla Beach, and .4 mi. from the Nauset Heights association access stairs or Callanan's Pass where there is no stair access. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
