Summary: Quiet and in a great location. Easily walkable from the port and main promenade. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. The front desk was friendly during the day but gruff at night. Not always around either. The seaside was very nice with beach chairs. Breakfast was fine. I have a feeling there’s not many better options in saranda. My room was big and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea but the decor was very austere - again probably more reflective of the place than the hotel. I was traveling alone and there was no bolt on the door just the electronic key lock, so I’d suggest taking your own lock just in case.
