Villa Maria is 5 minutes (4 km) from the island’s main port/town. Located at the foot of Exobourgo mountain offers panoramic sea and mountain views. Quite with it’s own private road, the property offers a great place for relaxation combining fantastic mountain hacking routes and sunny beach holidays. Eva house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 5 people. Bedrooms are equipped with noise free ceiling fans which are often not necessary since Cyclades Islands and especially Tinos are very cool with light breeze. The house is also equipped with mosquito nets installed in all doors and windows allowing you to let the fresh breeze get in the house while keeping insects out. The Estate which is about 4 acres hosts a second house (Isa House, homeaway.com #4258183) with three more bedrooms, two bathrooms that can accommodate 8 more people.
