Villa Santai is a gorgeous tropical retreat right in the center of Seminyak. Its traditional thatched roof, terrazzo floors and furnishings make Villa Santai a great place for families or a group of friends to enjoy their holiday together, where they are close to where all the action is, but away from the noise.
Main Building
The main pavilion, which also overlooks the pool, has an open plan living space, dining area and kitchen. This area is decorated with many beautiful local antique ornaments and artwork. The kitchen, which runs along the back of this area, is fully equipped with a gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, water dispenser, fridge-freezer and maxi bar, as well as cutlery, china and glassware.
In front of the kitchen is the relaxing living space with cozy sofas around a large TV which has access to over 50 international channels as well as a DVD player. The proximity of the dining table to this living area means that guests can enjoy a movie while they eat.
The four main bedrooms are all decorated similarly, three of them have king size bed, and one with twin single beds. All have generous wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, all overlooking the pool and tropical gardens. Two of these rooms are within separate guesthouses and have their own terraces as well as a small pond, a small fountain and beautiful lilies, situated between the two rooms.
There is also access to another small bedroom, designed for children, through this office room. The children’s bedroom houses two bunk-beds, and has a small en-suite bathroom attached.
Grounds & landscaping
Villa Santai has an infinity pool surrounded by lawn and gardens punctuated with palms and tropical plants. There is also a small pond and large vertical water feature in the villa, creating a peaceful atmosphere, where you can enjoy lounging underneath the gazebo, which is complete with coffee table. There is a large lawn area with lush tropical plants lining the walls, giving this villa a spacious feel, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your holiday

The villa is situated down a quiet gang off Jalan Drupadi called Gang Damai. A short walk will bring you to Jalan. Kayu Aya (Laksmana, or ‘Eat Street’), and into the centre of Seminyak, a fashionable area with an abundance of boutique shopping options, as well as numerous restaurants, spas, art galleries boutique shops and nightclubs. The beach is only a 15 minute walk from the villa, which is the perfect place to enjoy a stunning sunset. The villa is an oasis nestled in a quiet lane but conveniently only a stroll to everything you’ll need to make your holiday perfect.
