Pool & Spa Charges and Information:
There is an additional optional charge of $30 per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa.
The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Resort Parking Rules:
- The resort allows a maximum of 3 cars for a home.
- Only 2 cars will fit in the driveway, overflow parking is available in the nearby lot.
- Please pick up parking rules at the guard gate. Parking is strictly enforced.
- Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will tow.
