Summary: We had a wonderful 4-day stay while visiting New York. Although the hotel is older (particularly the bathrooms), our room was spotless and very well-maintained. Cleanliness is what matters most to us! The service was excellent, especially Steve, who was very helpful, smiling, and quick to restock our amenities like coffee and shampoo. Getting to Manhattan is easy: the 166X bus takes you to Port Authority in just 40 minutes (the 166T is also a good alternative). A great choice for a trip to NYC.
