Positive: If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Malang, this hotel is unbeatable. The location is absolutely central, honestly, you couldn’t be anywhere better. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The welcome massage was divine and set the tone for a relaxing stay. Every day, I enjoyed their tea ceremony, which was calming and beautifully done, along with fresh juices that felt like a treat. The hotel itself is stunning, I’ve never taken so many pictures inside a hotel before! Every corner has character and charm. The rooms were thoughtfully decorated, full of personality, and what really stood out was their commitment to sustainability. Everything was well thought through: stylish glass bottles for soaps, shampoo, conditioner (yes, even conditioner!), and body lotion. No plastic bags in the bins—every detail reflected environmental care. The pool area was lush and inviting, perfect for unwinding. And the men from the reception team were more than Incredible! The biggest smiles, super helpful, knowledgeable, and their English was excellent, a rare find in many parts of Java.

Negative: If I had to point out anything for improvement, it would be the fitness area. It’s outdated and could use heavier dumbbells at the very least. And yes, the price tag is on the higher side.
