Positive: We discovered this resort with my spouse before coming to Bali and immediately loved it. Everything was even more beautiful than it looked online, and we are truly happy that we chose to stay here. The entire resort team was very friendly, kind, and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. A special thanks to Ms. Ela at the reception for her warm hospitality. The food at the resort was delicious, the room and the pool were very clean, and there were plenty of tours and activities offered. The massage we had was incredibly relaxing, and we were very satisfied with it. We also really enjoyed the tours we joined they gave us the opportunity to explore many beautiful places. Our guide, Wayan, was very cheerful, helpful, and shared interesting information about every location we visited. If we visit Bali again, this will definitely be one of the places we would love to stay at again.

Negative: Occasionally, we saw some insects and small reptiles around, but that’s quite normal and expected given the beautiful jungle setting of the resort.
