Summary: When we arrived the card key didn’t work so we were given a normal key for the room. We then discovered that the safe didn’t work, the pool ladder had rusted away from the holding making it unusable. The glass window/ door didn’t lock as well. We ended up having money stolen from our room. We notified the front desk and they told us it was our fault. Suggesting that we had used it or exchanged it etc. Even without this happening, it’s not a great place to stay. Have stayed in better in Bali for less money.
