This property includes well water, high speed WiFi, 50" Smart TV, air conditioner in the bedroom and ceiling fans in the living area.
Upstairs bedroom is en-suite, opening up to the balcony with view of the grounds. Sofa in the living room area is a pull-out bed so it can accommodate one additional person sleeping downstairs. There's restroom/toilet facilities so visiting guests don't have to go up the stairs to use the bathroom.
Magnificent jungle view and an 18 m x 3 meter saltwater pool, with deep end for diving and shallow splash pool area for small children. Plenty of space for Meditation and Yoga.
