Enjoy a classic North Shores beach house just a short walk to the ocean. This primitive yet comfortable home offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms and sleeps up to 11 guests. Three bedrooms and one full bath are accessed from the screened-in porch, which features ample seating and a TV—an ideal space to relax after a day at the beach.
The property offers private driveway parking for up to four vehicles, a gas grill, a spacious outdoor shower, and a private yard ideal for children, outdoor play, or family barbecues. Guests will also enjoy a full-size washer and dryer and a well-equipped kitchen. Please note that this home does not have heat.
Located in the desirable North Shores private community, guests have full access to approximately 2,200 feet of private Atlantic Ocean beachfront. North Shores is a quiet residential neighborhood with 24/7 security patrol and lifeguarded beaches from Memorial Day through Labor Day. While the beach is easily walkable from the house, guests may also park for free in the lot next to the community pool, which is convenient when bringing beach equipment.
The location is ideal between the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk and Cape Henlopen State Park. Guests can walk one mile south along the beach to reach the center of Rehoboth, offering a boardwalk, restaurants, and shops. Teenagers can easily travel to and from the boardwalk by foot or bike. Heading north, guests will find five miles of undeveloped beach and a scenic bike and walking path leading to the town of Lewes. The Gordon's Pond bike and jogging path is nearby, and a short drive brings you to Route 1 and the tax-free Tanger Outlets.
