Positive: Our stay at Hotel Segreto on Gili Trawangan was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt right at home. The service was excellent, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. The owners – one Italian and one Balinese – create a truly special atmosphere, combining warm island hospitality with Italian passion and style. The Italian kitchen is exceptional — every dish was fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. Definitely some of the best food we’ve had in Indonesia! Our room was modern, spacious, and spotless, with a beautiful view of the sunset right from our balcony. The area around the hotel is quiet and charming, yet still close to everything you might need. Everything about this place felt relaxing, genuine, and well cared for. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, culture, and charm. Hotel Segreto is a place we will definitely revisit — highly recommended for anyone visiting Gili Trawangan!
