Positive: The location is great, which is what you're paying for here - nice to walk to the terminal, not needing to go outside in the cold weather at 4:30 am to catch my early flight.

Negative: The facility is showing its age - all the fans (heat, fridge) are very loud - to the point that I needed to turn the heat off at night to be able to sleep. I was expecting a nicer physical locale for the high price.

Summary: Great location, but loud room.
