Large Studio unit with full bath ,4.5 miles from Sugarloaf Mountain Resort and Carrabassett Mountain Biking Trails. Comfortable and cozy on the first floor of our home, separate from our space except for a shared mudroom. Perfect for two or a couple with one child. 1 Queen ,1 twin. It is equipped with a mini kitchenette including sink, small fridge, microwave/convection ,toaster oven , electric tea kettle No Stove. No Vent . No burners allowed. WIFI ROKU TV . Packnplay available.

Shared mudroom with plenty of room for outside clothing, ski boots including a boot dryer. Parking within 12 feet of the entrance.
9 minutes to Sugarloaf Ski resort parking areas. New Bucksaw lift access makes it even easier to get on the lifts fast if you want to avoid the lodge.
5 minutes to Stratton Brook Trailhead and awesome mountain biking, Golf and Disc golf . Less than 10 minutes to the town of Stratton , with restaurants , grocery store, pizza and gas. Less than 12 minutes to Carrabassett Valley Outdoor Center with bike and ski Trails and Bike rentals . 8 minutes to the Anti-Gravity Center. AT 2 miles . 45 minutes to Rangely and Saddleback.

Heated Front Entrance and large mudroom are shared , otherwise ,14A the downstairs Studio with large ,full bath is all yours . You get your own key to lock off your apartment. Key code lock for shared front entrance.
Shared parking, but there is plenty. Please do not leave front door open ever , it is open to our space and we lose heat, always latch door securely. You can unlock door for easier access once you get in.

This Studio has its own locks and keys that will be in the apartment 14A when you arrive. You will need the code to the keyless entry and we will send that prior to arrival once the unit is ready for your arrival after 3 pm.
