Positive: From the moment we arrived, we knew this hotel was special. Every little detail was so thoughtfully arranged — from the water station by the beach to rinse off our feet, to the beach shoes and fresh towels already placed on the sunbeds. Even the floating cushions in the pool made relaxing under the sun feel extra luxurious.The aromatherapy massage by Tuti was absolutely fabulous — deeply relaxing and perfectly personalized. She constantly checked in about pressure and comfort, which made the experience even more soothing.Helmi was outstanding throughout our stay — from clearly communicating dinner plans to serving us so warmly. He always asked how our day was going and made us feel truly cared for.A special mention also to Fahmi, who went above and beyond to create a magical sunset dinner for us. He carved a heart shape in the sand, set up candles along the beach, and even captured some beautiful sunset photos for us to remember the evening by.Everything about our stay felt heartfelt, genuine, and memorable — we can’t wait to return. Finally the BBQ offered was some of the best value for money as well as absolutely delicious!
