Positive: Villa is clean, has all the basic facilities like hot water and kitchen (unlike many other places in the area, even with higher prices). And also wifi! Good, central location.

Negative: The owner assumes that the guest will expect and understand that when booking a villa for 2 or 4 guests - he will not have the entire villa (as literally written in the listing) at his disposal - but only 1 or 2 of the 3 bedrooms. This is understandable, but does not correspond to the description at all. Hopefully, the listing in the booking system will be corrected. During our stay we have solved this situation.
