Positive: Was a last minute booking as we had to move hotels in the night, the staff were great and helped us out and got us to our room asap, even though it was quite late in the night and they were closed up for the day Room was spotless and perfect for what we needed, we were up early the following morning for the boat so everything was perfect! Thank you for helping us out!
