Summary: I travel a lot and this was a very odd hotel. It is immaculately clean. But not luxurious/5* by any stretch. Beds uncomfortable, towels thin and decor through the hotel is extremely opulent but not in a good way - Russia meets traveller caravan. The check in process was soo slow, breakfast mediocre and the spa/pool and gym can only be used between 1000hrs and 1800hrs. I was visiting with work and wanted to swim when I arrived just before 1800hrs! I was told very firmly no! I like to workout first thing in the morning- again no!!
