Positive: The reception staff were friendly and helpful The bed was comfortable

Negative: The bathroom had a really bad smell and there was no toilet paper provided. There was no hot water. We had to move rooms because the toilet flush didn't work and the shower head had fallen off the wall. The walls need a really good clean or painting.
