Summary: Nice three bedroom/3 bathroom villa with a kitchen and small swimming pool. Located in Seminyak, about 15 minutes by taxi to the beach and beach clubs. Owner is very friendly, as is the housekeeper who comes daily to clean. Owner mentioned that she also has two other two bedroom villas. One next door to this location, and another about 200 meters away. Two of the bedrooms have outdoor bathrooms, while the third has indoor. Bathroom in room #2 has a door that sticks from the humidity. A little wiggle needed to open and close. Bring mosquito repellant with you. There is some provided, and we also purchased a spray for around the bathroom doors for the outdoor bathrooms. I had temporary blue masking tape to seal a crack in the door for one room. No washing machine or dryer, but laundromat close by, about a 5 minute walk. We stayed for 4 nights, and it was humid in Seminyak. Thankfully each bedroom has air conditioner, and there is a electric fan in the open patio area. Located in a quiet area. Several restaurants, market, sports bar, and massage spa’s within a 5 minute walk in any direction. Tip, hire a private driver to handle your transportation to and from the airport, or any tourist attractions. The roads are narrow, with lots of cars and scooters all day long. Personally I wouldn’t want to drive a rental car anywhere in the town areas. Would stay here again, or any villa in this neighborhood.
